“Services”

We provide court document filing and process service for law firms, individuals, and companies. Our local area of service is the Windsor-Essex County region as well as Chatham-Kent. We occasionally serve the Sarnia area with the exception of Walpole Island.

We are upstanding members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). And through NAPPS, we have contacts all over North America.

We are also experts at international legal services. We are the hub for several major USA personal injury law firms for their International Legal Services under the Hague Convention for International Service.

We have been serving all of Essex County, Ontario since 1998.

Court documents include Statement of Claims, Small Claims Documents, Summons and Complaints, Demand Letters, Termination of Tenancy forms (Eviction notices), Writs and Garnishments, Applications for Divorce, Subpoenas, Judgments, and others.

We also do document retrieval from all the courts in Windsor, Ontario and can provide document photocopying.
